Tania is excited to serve on the Board of Directors for MI Works Matters. As a firm believer that everyone – regardless of intellectual or developmental disability – deserves the same opportunities for employment, Tania is passionate about championing equal opportunity in southeast Michigan where all individuals are treated with fairness, respect, equity, and dignity.

Prior to joining MI Works Matters, Tania served on the Business School Advisory Board at Washtenaw Community College, on the Advisory Board for Saline High School, as Lead of Membership Growth for the Women at Thomson Reuters Steering Committee, as a volunteer at the Safe House Center, as Treasurer of Moon Shadows, and as a founding member of Pinckney Blues, a 501(c)(3) local soccer club. 

 Tania is a tax professional with over 30 years of experience in tax and software development. After working at Thomson Reuters for 28 years, she made the transition to Corvee as Vice President of Tax Planning and Software Compliance and most recently took on a role at GXO as Director of Account Management. Tania holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and a Master’s of Business Administration, Strategic Management, from Walsh College.

 In her free time, Tania loves spending time with her family, taking her black Lab, Maverick, on walks, enjoying time outside, and reading any chance she can.
