Barista
Summary
We are looking for an experienced barista. The primary responsibility is to make specialty coffee drinks. Also responsible for assisting guests in the coffee shop in an organized and kind way. This person takes orders, and prepares/delivers food and beverage orders. They adhere to all health department regulations.
Responsibilities
Follow health department regulations
Greet guests as they enter the coffee shop
Take food and drink orders
Brew coffee and make specialty coffee drinks
Give correct food and drink order to guest
Operate cash register
Take cash/credit card payment and makes change, if appropriate
Keep the register dining areas clean and stocked
Assist with coffee shop overall cleaning including but not limited to taking out the garbage, cleaning the bathroom, sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing windows, etc.
