Workplaces that include everyone matter.

Dreams Matter.

Mi Work Matters is thrilled to announce we are opening a second cafe location!

The new cafe, coming this fall, will be located within the new Livonia Senior Wellness Center, adjacent to the Kirksey Recreation Center! Your support has helped us create meaningful jobs, build inclusive spaces, and pour purpose into every cup we serve.
We’re almost there — and we’re asking for your continued support to bring this vision across the finish line.

Help us raise the last $51,000 by August 1st and bring this community-driven vision to life!

Your gift will create life-changing opportunities by:

  • Creating 5-10 paid jobs for people with disabilities through our supported employment program

  • Adding 3-4 new cafe roles for baristas, shift leads, and managers

  • Providing hands-on job training and community connections

  • Delivering personal, caring customer service along with great food and drinks to members of the Senior and Recreation Centers

  • Growing a space where everyone is valued and empowered to thrive

We call this Pour It Forward and it is more than a clever coffee pun — it’s a reminder that when we invest in people, we build stronger communities. You’ve already helped make so much possible. Now, we invite you to help us complete this next chapter.

We are good and strong!

Anastasia and Katie’s Coffee Shop & Cafe is a Mi Work Matters supported employment program.
