Brent Mikulski

Brent Mikulski, MBA, is an accomplished executive leader with more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit management, behavioral health, and vocational rehabilitation services. He has led complex, multi-site/state organizations with budgets exceeding $35 million, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and financial sustainability.
Most recently, Brent served as Chief Executive Officer of UCP of the North Bay, where he oversaw a diverse portfolio of programs supporting individuals with disabilities, including employment services, education, and community-based supports. Previously, as President/CEO of Services to Enhance Potential in Michigan, he strengthened organizational performance, expanded services, and increased net assets through strategic planning and diversified funding initiatives.
Brent is known for his collaborative leadership style, strong financial acumen, and ability to build meaningful partnerships with boards, community stakeholders, and government leaders. He is deeply committed to advancing opportunities for individuals with disabilities and strengthening mission-driven organizations.
When not working, Brent enjoys spending time with his family, being outside and golfing. He is also known to spend time spoiling his dog Pepper.
