Robin Thompson is Senior Vice President of Strategic Impact at Vibe Credit Union, bringing more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in strategy, operations, and organizational growth. She is known for driving performance, building strong teams, and fostering a culture focused on member and community impact.

Robin has extensive experience working alongside Boards of Directors and executive teams and is actively engaged in both industry and community organizations. She is passionate about giving back and is a strong advocate for inclusion, serving on Vibe Credit Union’s Culture and Inclusion Committee. She is proud to support Mi Work Matters and its mission to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through meaningful employment.

Robin’s passion for this work is rooted in her belief that employment is a critical pathway to independence and financial confidence. Through her career in financial services, she has seen firsthand how access to financial education and resources can transform lives. She is committed to helping bridge the gap between inclusive employment opportunities and financial literacy, ensuring individuals are not only employed, but equipped to build long-term financial stability and success.

In her personal time, Robin enjoys being outdoors golfing, riding motorcycles, snowmobiling, and working around the yard. She is married and the proud mother of three amazing children.
